Organic pecans

Hot off the press, the November/December issue of Agricultural Research features my talented father on the cover (pictured right). He manages a pecan orchard that has been the target of a USDA experiment on organic versus traditional farming methods. We just got several bags of this year’s crop in the mail… go Dad!
