The Phillips Family

This summer, I had the fabulous opportunity to help out Monroe Farms at the Cherry Creek Farmer’s Market on Saturdays. Farmer’s Market Saturdays meant leaving the house at 5:40 am and working until 2 pm, in sometimes freezing weather. It also meant nibbling all day long on the prettiest vegetables around and getting to know the Monroe family and many of their market friends.
